The ballot is approved, the debate on the Serbian List, the subjects do not

The Serbian list was the reason that 13 other political entities did not benefit from the Fund for the support of parties that have seats in the Assembly of Kosovo for the period of January and February of this year.

On Wednesday, the Central Election Commission had on its agenda the distribution of over 726,000 euros to 14 political subjects, which in the end did not pass, as the representatives of the opposition parties PDK, LDK and AAK did not participate in the vote.

The representatives of the Vetëvendosje Movement requested that the voting for the distribution of the assets be done separately for each party.

"The recommendation or approval should be separate for each political subject and not as a whole, because each one has a certain amount and we should vote for each one separately", said the member of the LVV in the CEC, Alban Krasniqi.

However, the recommendation was that the approval be done as a group for all political subjects.

"The Central Election Commission after each parliamentary election, when it certifies the election result, it does it for all political subjects and based on the CEC's certification, they get seats in the Assembly of Kosovo, and since I have found it as a practice, we have continued with the same practice", said Besnik Buzhala, director of the RCKFSP office.

Based on the division, for the first two months of the year Lista Serbe would benefit about 55 thousand euros. The Vetëvendosje Movement would benefit the most with around 354 thousand euros, followed by PDK with around 116 thousand euros, LDK with over 91 thousand euros, AAK with around 49 thousand euros and others.

"I am against the allocation of funds for the Serbian List, as I have reasoned other times, I have given the arguments, I have provided the evidence, nothing has changed in the heritage and the present of this political entity, therefore I am against it," he said . the member of LVV in the CEC, Sami Kurteshi.

The recommendation of the Vetëvendosje Movement to vote for each political subject did not pass, just as the proposal of the Office for Certification to pass to the group did not pass either.

The Vetëvendosje movement also abstained at the point when it was set for the number of members in the Polling Station Councils, after asking to wait for the PZAP's decision on the appeal against the CEC's decision to certify the Serbian List for the February 9 elections. For the same reason, LVV voted against the design of the ballot that will be on election day.

However, despite the opposition of these two points, both passed with the votes of other members. (A2 Televizion)
